We accept returns as long as the item purchased is not worn, not washed, not changed or damaged in any way.

Returns and exchanges must be done within  5 days.
Postage in the event of a return is to be born by the buyer and processing fees apply

For Cotton Batik:

▪Wash separately for the first two times to stabilize the color.
▪Machine wash using cool water.
▪Opt for a mild or gentle detergent.
▪Avoid using bleach.
Tumble dry on a low heat setting.
▪Hang to dry in the shade, keeping it away from direct sunlight.
▪Use a warm iron to smooth out wrinkles.

Kindly note that a 20-30% color discrepancy may occur due to lighting and monitor resolution, causing the actual product to appear darker or brighter. These differences are not considered defects.
*Measurements are done manually. Please allow +/-2 to 5 cm variation.

*Please take note that placement of batik motif may vary slightly.
*Some are hand made batik fabric, there may be irregularities and little flaws in the printing and colouring. What we call 'human touch charms'
